Power Secretary
Mr. Pankaj Agarwal is Secretary, Ministry of Power, Government of India from 1st July, 2023
Prior to this, Mr. Pankaj Agarwal was Additional Secretary & Director General (Acquisition), MoD since January, 2022. He was Additional Secretary and Joint Secretary in Cabinet Sectt. from 2019 to 2022. Before this, he has held various important portfolios in the Government of Madhya Pradesh. Amongst them, he was Principal Secretary, Public Health Engg., Water Resources, Narmada Valley Development and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in the State Government of Madhya Pradesh.
Mr. Agarwal belongs to the Indian Administrative Service of 1992 batch and has wide experience in the area of Health, Industry, Infrastructure and Finance in a career spanning 29 years. He studied Civil Engineering at IIT, Roorkee followed by Master of Technology in Construction Management at IIT, Delhi and Masters in Public Management at National University of Singapore.

National Cyber Security Coordinator
Lt Gen M. Unni Nair is National Defence alumnus and also before NCSC he Signal Officer-in-Chief of Indian Army before he took over as National Cyber Security Coordinator. Lt Gen Nair has a wealth of experience and expertise in the areas of cyber warfare, signal intelligence, and communication and information technology. Before assuming the position of NCSC, he held the position of commandant at the Military College of Telecommunication Engineering.

CMD of Grid Controller of India Limited
Mr. S R Narasimhan is the CMD of Grid-India, formerly known as POSOCO. In 1986 he joined BHEL and moved to Central Electricity Authority (CEA) in 1988 then to POWERGRID in 1996. Having vast experience spread across three control centres including National level, he joined the Grid-India Board in Nov 2018. He has handled all facets of power system operation and electricity market reforms. He has contributed to several Expert Committees of Central Government & regulator. He is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers, India, Senior Member of IEEE and a Distinguished Member of CIGRE. He was conferred with the IEEE-PES, Delhi Chapter Outstanding Engineer Award in 2019. He has published over fifty (50) papers at the national and international level.
Navin Kumar Singh, IPS

Sh. Navin Kumar Singh, IPS is currently the DG – NCIIPC, a unit of NTRO, which is the national nodal body for identification & protection of the Critical Information Infrastructure (CII) in the country. He has worked as the Nodal Officer for cybercrime in Jharkhand during 2017-2020 where he developed a pro-active response mechanism for tackling cybercrime for which he was given the FICCI smart policing award. He also contributed in the establishment of the Crime & Criminal Tracking and Networking System (CCTNS) of Jharkhand police. B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Kanpur, he is also an NTS Scholar. He has also received the award for the best Master Thesis by International Anti-Corruption Academy, Vienna in 2016.He is a recipient of many awards including the Police Medal of Gallantry, Meritorious Service Medal, Distinguished Service Medal etc. for his exceptional contributions in policing.

Dr. Tripta Thakur has over 28 years of experience in teaching and research and has nearly 100 publications to her credit. Dr. Thakur is a graduate in Electrical Engineering with a Master’s degree in Power Electronics from IIT-Kanpur and has a PhD from IIT-Delhi. She has been a recipient of several awards such as Commonwealth Research Scholar at University of Dundee (2005-2008), UK, Commonwealth Academic fellow at Durham University Business School (2014), UK, COFUND Senior researcher at Durham University Business School (2016), Visiting Faculty at Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok (2010), technical member for International Electrotecnical Commission (IEC), SEG4 Group, ISGF (MoP) working group member etc1. She has also been a Consultant for evolving a possible Common South Asian Electricity Markets .
Lt. Gen. (Dr.) Rajesh Pant

Lt. General (Dr.) Rajesh Pant is the former National Cyber Security Coordinator in the National Security Council Secretariat of India. He was responsible for coordinating all activities across multiple sectors to ensure a secure and resilient cyberspace within the nation. He holds a PhD degree for his research in the field of Information Security metrics. He is also MTech from IIT Kharagpur, MPhil from Madras University and Master of Management Studies from Osmania University . He was also the head of the Army’s Cyber Training establishment for three years. He served in the Army Signals Corps for 41 years wherein he was awarded three times by the President of India for distinguished service of the highest order. General Pant brings to the table an interesting mix of military operations, academic excellence, corporate governance and cyber security wisdom .

Prof. NK Goyal, known as so called Telecom Father Figure, being in the field for last 42 years. He is Chairman Emeritus, CMAI and TEMA. He has been Vice Chairman International Telecom Union APT India; Member Governing Board Telecom Equipment & Services Export Promotion Council (Govt. of India), Director National Fertilizers Ltd. Associated with several industry associations. He also held appointment of General Manager of HP State Electronics Development Corporation & President HFCL and Director, Govt. of India, NIESBUD and President HFCL. Ambassador South East Asia for Commonwealth Telecommunications Organisation, UK. Representing on more than 100 Government Committees, Groups and very deeply involved in Policy Formulations on Telecom, Mobile, IT, Education, Industry Academic Interface, Guest Speaker, National Vocational Courses with AICTE/MHRD in Institutes. He is also known for being Motivational Leader and for Spiritual Life, Meditation, Yoga, Reiki Master, Spiritual Therapy, Psychic Healing, Excellence in Life, Conflict/Stress management and Personality Development.
